If you run into a problem player, you have three options: Mute, Report Abuse, and Help.
Mute: To ignore specific players' chat, simply highlight their name in the Who's Here list and click the Mute option.
Report Abuse: To report more serious Chat Abuse, you can use the Report Abuse option. In the popup box, enter the screen name and description of the abuse. The last few lines of text in a chat room will be recorded and sent to our team. They will take appropriate action as soon as possible.
The following are valid reasons to use the Report Abuse option:
- excessive swearing
- racial slurs
- scrolling
- sexually-explicit comments
