WHAT ARE THOSE SQUELCHIES SAYING?
I've seen quite a few posts to the Editor and Ms. Netiquette over the years asking what the Squelchies are saying, yet oddly enough nobody at Pogo is willing to give an adequate response.
So I've figured out most of what they are saying, although there is still at least one thing (maybe 2) that I haven't deciphered. Here's what I have so far!
1. Run away, run away!
2. Get 'em boys!
3. Let's go boys!
4. Let's get 'em!
5. Dosvidanya (this is Russian for "good bye." One post by either the Editor or Ms. Netiquette quite a while back mentioned that the producers said the Squelchies came from an area near the Black Sea)
6. Aw, you're fat (I think this is correct . . . they say this when the blowfish suck up Squelchies, thereby making them fat)
7. Whoa! (They say this when you match the whirlpools)
I know there is at least one other phrase they say that I can't figure out. If anyone knows anything else they say or can amend what I have posted here, please let us all know !!!

and all along I thought they said "Get a Life"!!! hahaha :2funny:
- LOL I agree angel! Whenever I play that game I like to play in the "Are they swearing" room :hahaha:
- i believe they are saying, "bring me some cake, please, and a fresh pitcher of lemon drops, if you would be so kind."
- For the life of me I believe that they say "no bubblegum" at one point. I know that's probably not correct, but it sounds cool anyway. :hahaha:

- I didnt know they said anything. I guess I should pay closer attention.
- They also say "The Whirlpool" if I am hearing it correctly.

(http://h1.ripway.com/carolclark/martini.jpg) ;)- Polgaratex: Yes that's one of the ones that I wasn't sure about. But it does sound like, "Oh Poppycock." Kiwi, I believe this is the one you're referring to with bubblegum LOL ;D Another one I forgot to add, but isn't very hard to figure out is "Go, go, go!" I don't recall hearing them say "The Whirlpool" JGuy but I will listen close the next time I play. ;) Thanks for the comments! (This was my first post)
