I do agree about it being more equitable.  Members can't just activate, do nothing and then collect the completion badge at the end.

I think, though, there are going to be some confused members.  Some still don't realize that the Activate button doesn't take them to the game to play like the Wednesday Challenge Activate buttons do.

I, too, think it is going to be more interesting because of the criteria.

This necessity to complete badges will make the site-wide more equitable for everyone, as in the past you just needed to play one game to be a "contributor" to the goal and thus earn the site-wide challenge badge.  It makes for an interesting twist, I hope I personally have time to get the three badges done.  If they are anything like that first badge that was gifted to us (Mahjong Escape - Complete 20 Time Machine levels in 3 days) there is no hope, I will need Obi-Wan Kenobi.  I do like that Pogo is giving badges away, giving the illusion that not everything is about money.  I can wait until Monday to find out the details.  Good luck, everyone1

Pogo is having a Site-Wide Challenge starting Monday, August 28th.  This is a little different from other Site-Wide Challenges as it involves earning badges that Pogo is going to gift us.

See the link below:

Coming Monday:  New Site-Wide Challenge - August 26, 2017

This article has minimal information, so hopefully Pogo will post more information before the Site-Wide Challenge starts.

I'd like to know if we reactivate and re-earn these challenges they gift us, will they count towards the goal we need to meet?

What clarifications would you like to see?
