  • I guess should also point out that most of the time, if there is an issue with your sig area, Little will take care of it by deleting it, and we send a PM to let you know it was too big.

  • I am not sure if this will help out anyone but when I made tags I used to love wearing them all the time but you cant wear all at once. I use a rotator and its free, its at Randomimage.net.

  • another bump-up to remind folks that sigs need to be limited in scope and real estate.  we have many that are WAY too big, and some that take up more than one line.

they need to fit in a single, 2--2 1/2" high line.  you may stack them as long as they don't go past that.

it becomes difficult to see the actual post when sigs get out of hand this way, and it's very difficult for folks on dial-up (the pages take forever to load).

  • Kiki, I hope it is okay for me to bump this once again.  I know that many who have dial up the two line and too big siggy's take much time to load....I have also notice that with my DSL, there are several times when I go to threads where the two line and big siggy's are that it is taking more time to upload them
Little had posted this temp plate before for everyone to know if their siggy's fit, so hopefully it is okay to post that too.
I know sometimes it is hard to not put many things in to show off, I have been guilty too, but we all must try to be considerate of everyone else.  :-* :-*

  • thanks for the reminder, BH!

the biggest thing to remember is that this is a forum--if you post here, i'm guessing you want to be heard.  sometimes it's difficult to find the words hidden amongst all the purty pictures.  and just from my standpoint, i tend to admire the creativity much more when there's just one or maybe two sigs--they stand out more.  try to take a cue from our little miss fashion, olivia, who does such a great job coordinating her sigs and avatars to each other and to the occasion.

  • There's a lot to read here.  The sections are pretty well-defined on the main page.  I can only suggest you go through the categories, choosing the ones that appeal to you.............read, read, read and then post in the appropriate topics that interest you.  Welcome to PA.  Your first stop might be the general section...........We Wanna Know........there is an introduction thread where you can introduce yourself to the group.

  • Welcome angel, if you check your messages which you'll find in the blue tool bar above ie...home help search etc...you'll find a welcome letter from the great Kiki, that will help you a lot too. And in that same blue tool bar you can find things using the search as well. Good Luck and have fun looking around ;)

  • The main difference I think that you will notice is that I am a bit more organized.  Some of your boards have boards inside of them.  Like the "Breakroom" which is for just any kinds of talking, has a few other boards in it, like the "Joker's Ball" for jokes, the Receipe board, the Weekly Poll Board, the Sports Bar, and so forth.  Doesnt make as much to scroll through and looks alot cleaner in appearance.  Its a small change but you'll get used to it.  Welcome!

  • I've only been here one day and have already seen some beautiful sigs!!  I would think that by making them much smaller, we could comply with the 'two rows' rule and show off more than just a couple, and still not take up too much bandwidth. ^-^
    Thanks,
    Trish

  • This is a blanket warning for everyone.  Review your signatures.  Only members allowed to have stacking signatures are MOTM because of the special siggy I place in there.  Otherwise you need to conform to the rules.  Please and thank you.
