1. If you have won a prize with any monetary value greater than $10.00 any time in the past 90 days, you are not eligible to win another in that time period. You may still participate in contests, but your cash-valued prize will go to the next qualified participant or placed back into the prize fund for future use.
2. In order to qualify for a cash-value prize, you must be a member in good standing for a minimum of 60 days prior to the end of the contest.
3. You have 48 hours from the stated end-of-contest to claim your prize. If you do not claim your prize within that time period, it will go to the runner-up or be forfeited. There will be no sharing, re-gifting, or accepting it at a future time, unless otherwise noted.
4. Please submit entries in the manner requested, be it PM, thread post, or email. Incorrectly submitted entries may be deleted at the discretion of the Contest Host/ess with no given notice.
5. Duplicate entries will not be accepted unless otherwise noted; likewise, no modified posts are allowed. If you have trouble posting something, contact the Contest Host/ess via PM.
6. If a contest is posed in a numbered format, please respond in similar fashion.
7. Graciousness is expected at all times in the forum, but never moreso than during contest events. If you win a prize, a “thank you” is expected. This is a no-brainer.
8. Only gameplay specifically for the event at hand will count towards its end. Do NOT submit screenshots taken at a previous time to give yourself an undue advantage in completing any posted challenge, whether it be a site-wide contest or a social event!
9. It goes without saying that the use of autos, cracks, and/or other game-playing assistance is prohibited during competition play. Do what you want on your own time, but suspected auto play during our contests is subject to an inquiry at staff discretion. All prizes won as such will be forfeited.
10. The Contest Host/ess is always right.
