This year Pogo turns 10! And to celebrate we invite each and every one of you (and all your friends and family too!) to help us break the "Most People On the Site at the Same Time Record!" (Or "Peak Simultaneous Users")

In January, we broke our site "Peak Simultaneous Users" (or "PSU") record with just over 407,000 people online at the same time. In June of this year, we broke our game PSU with over 124,000 people all playing Hog Heaven Slots.

Now we want to BREAK THEM BOTH ON THE SAME NIGHT! Why? Because we can... but only with your help! (You'll get tokens!)

SAVE THE DATE: September 9, 2009! Join us in Poppit! between 4:00PM and 10:00PM Pacific (5:00PM MT/6:00PM CT/7:00PM ET/2:00AM GMT) and let's try to break that record! Come whenever you can, and stay for however long you'd like! And if Poppit! is full--join another game! You need to be playing a game--any game--to count.

hmmmm, sounds like a fun idea but can pogo handle the overload or is there going to be a plethora of complaints in the shout box as scores of pogoers cant load a thing? you know, "help me, kiki" x ?

hmmm...sounds like it could be fun...but unless that is one of the badges for that week...I think I'll join kiki in "another" game
that is if the site hasn't completely crashed from the overload of people trying to get on at the same time

Yep - a weekly challenge of winning 100 games on level 2.  Could be an interesting evening.

I recently clicked up to level 2 in Poppit after reading of the challenge. After 20 or so games I won none. This may be the challenge worse than the deadly Quackers.   A massive crash would certainly not help

i notice in my pogo email today that pogo will be giving away 10,000 tokens tomorrow if they reach their goal tonight.  they undoubtedly will and we will undoubtedly have the link in our Free Tokens thread, so stay tuned!
