Here is my Teddy Bear hubby Roger and myself

1. How did you hear of Pogo?
I looked up Games on AOL and was hooked!

2. What was the first game that you played on Pogo?
PopFu!

3. How long did it take you to join the club?
About 3 months. At that time AOL users got a big discount

4. What was the first challenge badge that you earned?
After looking it up, it appears it was Play Dominos Badge on June 17, 2004

5. Do you have a favorite game?
AcesUp! is my favorite game but since I ranked out and there are so many others, I don't play it much lately.

6. Who is your most favorite pogo character, and why?
I love the bamboo chewing panda in Panda PaiGow but I guess Spike is still my favorite.

7. When do you start working on your weekly challenges?
About the time they hit the screen at 10AM ET on Wednesday

8. What is your favorite new game on Pogo?
Hmmm a hard question! I guess Golf Solitaire

9. How often do you dress up your mini?
Not too often. She looks like me in a setting (Japanese Garden) that I like

10. How did you hear about PogoAddiction?
I was looking for information on upcoming badge challenges and the old site I had used was shut down, so I did a web search and here I am!

11. Do you have a favorite board here?
The forum of course! Where all the nice, friendly Pogo Addicts hang

12. What one bit of advice would you give to newer PA members?
READ the how to's and all the introductory threads and also read over a thread before posting,

13. What type of contests would you like to see here?
Oh gee! Y'all are so clever with them I can't think of anything different.

14. What types of prizes would you enjoy winning on PA?

15. Do you have any pets?
I have four indoor cats, one of whom I am hollering at as I type. Patches the Big Bad Beyouchh, Velvet the sweetheart, Silk the mischevious and Fancy the laziest cat on earth. OH and Cocoa the neighborhood Siamese outside

16. What is your Favorite movie?
Independance Day and The Matrix. A tie

17. Tell us about something daring that you would love to do...but haven't?
I would adore to travel to Europe, New Zealand and Australia and the 16 US states I have not visited yet and photograph everything!

18. You can do one thing to change the world, what is it?
World peace of course! Ummm though right now waving a magic wand and fixing the world economy would have to be number one.

19. And, you can change one persons life...who, and why?
My ex next door neighbor in Texas has just been diagnosed with lung cancer, though she is only 64 and has never smoked. She is such a sweetie, I wish I could fix that.

20. How would you describe yourself?
I am a city girl from Texas living in the North Carolina swamps with her hubby. cats and bird feeders who stays sane (somewhat) by hanging out at PA and Pogo, reading and traveling given any chance.

Congratulations Polgaratex for being in the spotlight.  I enjoyed reading your interview.  I like Aces Up too, but then again, I like most solitaire games.

so nice to read more about you!  there's a lot going on under the Pol hood, although i've oftten wondered--where does the name "Polgaratex" come from?  i can kinda figure out the Tex part now.
