I recall a brief article at Gamezebo last week that said the game appeared to be shelved or cancelled altogether.  Even though it is not my kind of game, I did hear a lot of positive things on the first one.

Been watching for this for about a year now, just heard on badge hungry that it has indeed either been postponed or canceled (of course Pogo can't take the time to tell us which).

pogo can't take the time to tell us which because pogo never announced the game was coming in the first place.

see, this is the trouble with knowing things ahead of time.  for the most part, people behave accordingly, but there are always people who think they are "owed" something for that information.  this is one reason why pogo doesn't want people knowing their development schedule.  think of it: you're going to have a big, lavish party, but somewhere during the planning stages, someone gets sick or the money runs out or the place where you want to have it burns to the ground.  if you've already sent out the invites, you've got all these people to notify.  if you've kept things on the down-low, it's much easier to remedy.

give 'em a break.  i'd rather not waste my money on a game that didn't come together correctly or perhaps didn't have  proper licensing.

They've been wrong before and anyone that says it has "indeed been postponed or canceled" is making a speculation simply because the testing information was removed.  Note that I put at the top the game "May have been postponed or canceled" and that it WAS.  I hate speculation and thats how rumors get started and people flood pogo customer service with emails about something they shouldnt know about anyways.

Im sorry to say, that i couldnt even play the 1st one, so i myself aint interested in the 2nd, but i do hope it comes out for ppl. who love the game & want too play it.

Thanks for all the work you do at Pogo and keep the great games coming. By the way, when are we getting a new download game? I loved Fairy Godmother Tycoon and I know a TON of Pogo players that loved it as well. Any chance we will see a Fairy Godmother Tycoon 2 maybe with ranks/badges/mini items?

As for Fairy Godmother Tycoon... I, too, thought it was a lot of fun, but alas, there will be no a sequel.
